Romanian writer Mircea Cărtărescu will go on a tour in the US to promote the release in English of his novel Solenoid. The Romanian Cultural Institute (ICR) in New York, in partnership with Deep Vellum, will organize the tour between April 3 and April 14 in five cities in North America - San Francisco, Seattle, Dallas, Houston and New York.ĭeep Vellum published the English edition of the novel Solenoid by Mircea Cărtărescu at the end of 2022, in the translation of Sean Cotter. ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() Not only did we get to witness Sam growing more into her self, but we also saw the boys maturing and turning into the men they were meant to be. I’m sad that this is the final, I watched these characters grow and cheered them on for years, but I also love the way the series ended. Reading Fallen Crest Forever was bittersweet for me. This is the first Fallen Crest novel that had me crying and completely panicking!!!! There is a twist around every corner, be prepared you won’t see them coming. The stakes are high and the drama is thick! ![]() With that came more drama for Sam and Mason along with a new enemy that was threatening Sam’s position on her cross-country track team. How can I say no to someone who already gave me my happily ever after? There might be ghosts haunting me, but this man who’s my soulmate is asking me for forever. "There will be an island-not the first, but the last…" Those were Destiny's foreboding words she uttered to her wife Mystique at the beginning of Hickman's "age of Krakoa" revamp of the X-Men line. Inferno is a four-issue limited series written by Hickman with each 40-page issue illustrated by a rotating cast of artists beginning with Valerio Schiti (SWORD, Empyre), who the publisher describes being known for "masterfully depicting large-scale action alongside intense human drama." Marvel Comics has released a variant cover to Inferno #1 by Stanley "Artgerm" Lau (seen above and fully below) along with new information about the "heartbreaking saga" and what it's calling a "day of reckoning" to mankind's leaders and "shocking pay-off" to Hickman's overarching storyline.
